Keri Systems Upgrade Advisor

If you are a Keri Systems PXL-500 Tiger Controller customer currently running Doors32, you should strongly consider upgrading to Doors.NET immediately due to changes in current operating systems deployment. Microsoft has discontinued support for Windows XP which many of our Doors32 customers are using, and the software is compatible with Vista, and with Windows 7 (32 bit version only), but not Windows 8. With the changes in OS’s you are probably experiencing with your IT functions, customers will want to future-proof their systems by upgrading to Doors.NET. You will be introduced to a wealth of new features and benefits, including the ability to integrate video as well as perform some higher level system functions.

Not only is Keri’s Doors.Net software now backwards compatible with existing PXL-500 access control systems, Keri’s PXL Doors.Net Upgrade Advisor Tool takes much of the work out of the upgrade process by analyzing your hardware, providing a list of supported feature components and suggesting what you may need to upgrade to Doors.Net. To help you even more, you can email a copy of the report to Keri’s Tech Support department for guidance on how to proceed. Keri Systems can then assist you in the conversion by doing the database conversion and then via remote connection into your system attach the new converted data base, connect your controllers, and make sure everything is working the way it should.
